Returns Policy

Can delivery be made to an address other than the registered card holder's address?
Yes, we will dispatch to any address BUT if the delivery address is not UK then please see postal costs below.

When will we dispatch?
We will guarantee dispatch is on the day of purchase if the purchase is made before 16:00hrs (weekdays)
Purchases made between 16:00hrs and 17:00hrs will usually be dispatched the same day but we can not guarantee next day delivery.
Purchases made at Weekends will be dispatched first post Monday morning.
Purchases made at Bank Holidays will be dispatched first available post.

If I purchase on Friday will it arrive Saturday?
We will guarantee Saturday morning delivery (with Special Delivery option) if you purchase by 16:00hrs Friday
this is a new service and we pay an additional charge.

When will it arrive?
We offer free delivery which is 1st class recorded - this usually arrives next day but is not a guaranteed next day service.
If you are in a hurry we offer guaranteed next day before 13:00 hrs delivery for an additional payment (£5.00)
or guaranteed before 09:00 for £12.50.

Will I receive my order faster if I order via telephone instead of online?
In a word NO!
We can process online orders much faster than telephone orders -
Our online automated system inputs information to a database and prints a receipt/invoice and address label -
We receive a high number of calls around 15:00hrs and our last post is collected around 17:00hrs.

Can we do same day delivery?
If you are desperate and willing to pay we can do same day and often deliver within one or two hours!
This service is expensive - approx £10.00 + £2.00 per mile from Harrow HA2 9LP with a minimum £20.00 charge.
We are happy for you to collect or have your own courier collect the order.

Who will deliver my order?
We use Royal Mail for all small quantity orders and always 1st class recorded delivery or special delivery.
1st class recorded delivery usually arrives next day but this is not guaranteed.
Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive next day before 13:00hrs or 09:00hrs depending on the service selected.

What if I am out when the post-person calls?
A card will be left and you can call the number to arrange re-delivery to the same address, a different address or your local post office or you can collect the item from your local sorting office.

What if my order does not arrive?
We can track dispatches to your door.
Recorded and special delivery items are rarely delayed or "lost in the post".
Should this happen we will dispatch a replacement immediately.

Will I receive a payment acknowledgment?
You will receive an email from our card merchandiser Nochex immediately after payment and another from us within minutes, after your order has been processed.

What if the item is not in stock?
All items listed on our website or for which you have been given an order code ARE in stock!

Do I need to buy anything else, e.g. mains lead, plug, etc.?
All our adaptors are supplied wall to laptop, plug and play, with a UK plug.
Ask us if you want US or Euro plug.

I am not in the UK can I still purchase an item?
We can process cards issued in almost any country
For delivery in the EU outside the UK add £10.00 for signed for air mail 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
For USA add £10.00 signed for airmail.
For Australia add £15.00 signed for air mail.
For other countries please email for price.
